Visitors are required to schedule an appointment prior to their visit.

Appointments are on a first come first serve basis and can only be made via phone. Visitors can call 707-565-1400 on Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm to schedule visits . Visiting schedule and rules:

  1. Maximum of two individuals per visit

  2. Visits are available for inmates on Saturday, Sunday and Monday

  3. Inmates will be allowed one visit per day

  4. Visitors must check in 20 minutes prior to their visit with Lobby staff

  5. Visits will be 30 minutes in length.

    NOTICE OF TEMPORARY VISITATION HOURS

    As of July 1, 2022 and until further notice the Main Adult Detention Facility personal visitation hours will be as follows:

  • 11:00 am

  • 1:00 pm

  • 1:35 pm

  • 2:10 pm

  • 2:45 pm

  • 3:20 pm

  • 3:55 pm

  • 4:30 pm

No changes have been made to the visitor attire and general visiting information.

Convicted felons who wish to visit must have prior written approval from the Facility Manager or their designee. The approval form is located here and can be turned in to the Detention Facility’s front counter.

If you are a recently released inmate of the Detention Division, you must wait 30 days from the day of your release before returning to visit unless you are visiting your spouse.

Visitors MUST provide 24-hour notice to cancel a visit appointment. Missed appointments may result in suspension of visiting privileges.
